"And I will Make You Fishers of Men"
- The Sacrament of Holy Orders conforms the souls of sacred ministers to that of Christ so that the work of Jesus may continue in our own day. The holy vocation of deacon, priest, and bishop lead God's people by the ministries of Teaching, Governing, and Sanctifying.
  
  Let us always remember in prayer those from our own parish who God is calling to the priesthood, diaconate, and religious life.
  
  Gracious and loving God,
  help the men and women of our archdiocese to hear your call to serve.
  Our needs are great and our people thirst for your presence.
  Open the hearts of many and raise up faithful servants of the Gospel,
  dedicated holy priests, deacons, sisters, and brothers,
  who will give of themselves for your people and their needs.
  Bless those who are serving now
  
  with courage and perseverance.
  Grant that many will be inspired by their example and faith.
