  The celebration of Mass is the greatest form of prayer. You may request that Masses be celebrated in memory of a deceased person or in honor of a living person.
  
  Mass cards are available to be sent to a recipient of your request.
  
  We not only have sympathy cards, but also have special intention Mass cards such as Get Well, Birthday, Special Intention and Easter.
  
  The suggested donation is $5 per Mass
- Options for Requesting Masses
  
  You may call or stop in the Church Office if you would like to request Masses to be celebrated for a loved one. If you would like to request a specific date, it is advisable to use this method.
  
  You may print and complete the form on the top of this page and mail it to the Church Office or place in an envelope and drop it in the collection basket at Mass. Please include a phone number and/or email address in case the Church Office has any questions regarding your request. Payment may be check, cash, or online (using OSV).
  
  The fillable form to the right may be completed and submitted online. Mass intention requests using this method will be included in our multiple intention Masses only. Payment may be done online or by mailing check to the office.
