To be Christ to Everyone
To see Christ in Everyone
One of the most difficult things we face in life is sickness, suffering, and death. When this happens many even begin to question their faith in God. But God has shown us that in times of sickness and suffering or when we or a loved one passes from this world to the next, we are not alone. God is with us even in those most difficult moments we face. One of the ways he shows us this is through the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick through which Christ offers the sick or dying person comfort in their suffering and strength to endure the crosses they carry by uniting their sufferings with the passion of Christ.
If you or a loved one is sick and in need of the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick or to receive other pastoral care, please call the parish office.
If you are homebound and would like to receive a regular visit from one of our Extra-ordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, please call the parish office at (985) 652-9100.
