The Shepherd and his flock

- The Rite of Chrisitan Initiation for Children (RCIC) is the process established by the universal Church for children, who are above the age of reason (seven or older) to become Catholic and receive the Sacraments of Initiation - Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist. Instructional sessions are year round with small group meetings. Volunteer catechists help prepare meetings, plan lessons and walk the faith journey with candidates and catechumens.
